The Wi-Fi connectivity frequently struggled!!! Some beach areas felt unkempt and could use better maintenance!!! The pathways were uneven at times, leading to a less enjoyable stroll around the grounds!!!

Staying here was a total blast! The amazing ocean view and cozy little beach cove made every sunset magical. Don't miss the grilled lobster. it’s to die for!

My wife says that more shaded areas by the pool would benefit families during the day.

My stay was nothing short of magical! I truly enjoyed the breathtaking ocean bay views, where the sound of crashing waves lulled me to sleep each night. The breakfast was a highlight each day, offering a delightful selection including fresh fruit and even vegan options like Haitian spaghetti. The customer service was outstanding, especially from Fina and Beatris, who made dining feel like a home away from home. If I had to find one area for improvement, it would be to have more variety in the dinner menu.

The hotel's serene environment is perfectly complemented by its lush, well-maintained gardens, creating a tranquil oasis where I could stroll leisurely. The accessible pathways made it easy for me to explore the beautiful surroundings comfortably.

However, there was some inconsistency in service during peak hours, and the Wi-Fi connectivity could have been stronger. Additionally, while the room was comfortable, it lacked adequate soundproofing, making it a bit noisy at night.

The ocean bay views were absolutely stunning! It was so relaxing to drift off to the sound of the waves at night. Only downside was the peak hour service was a bit slow. 🌊
